Direct Answer
No official God Save Birmingham PS5 release date is confirmed in the checked platform material. A broad console plan is not a PS5 announcement, and the reported first-half 2027 PC Early Access target is not a PS5 date.

What Is Actually Confirmed for PS5?
Publisher material mentions a broad PC/console direction, but it does not confirm a PS5 model, store page, or model-specific launch date. The publisher's PC/Console wording identifies a broad direction, not a Sony product or model-specific commitment. 4 5
| PS5 question | Status in the checked platform material |
|---|---|
| PS5 version announcement | No model-specific confirmation |
| PS5 release date | Not announced |
| Official PlayStation Store page | No verified product listing |
| PS5 preorder or price | No verified official offer |
Why the PC Target Is Not a PS5 Date
The current release-date guide explains the reported first-half 2027 PC Early Access target. It is not a promise about PS5 or simultaneous console launches. Steam's Windows requirements and TBA date do not supply a PlayStation launch schedule. 6
What About PS4?
A PS4 version or date is not model-specifically confirmed either. The broad console wording does not identify a PlayStation generation. Treat PS4 as unresolved, not as announced or cancelled; a possible PS5 version would not establish PS4 support.
What About Sites Showing an Expected Year?
Releases.com and VGTimes historically displayed expected years or in-development platform entries. Those are third-party tracking records, not a developer announcement or PlayStation Store release date. Their old 2026 estimates should not be treated as an official PS5 promise. 1 2
Can You Wishlist, Preorder, or Download on PS5?
There is no verified PS5 store destination in the checked material, so this page does not offer a PS5 preorder or download link. An official Sony product or a developer announcement naming PS5 would change this answer. Compare the separate Xbox status or use the PC download guide for the confirmed store route.
Use the checked date on this page when comparing announcements. Test access is temporary, selection is not guaranteed, and the exact Early Access release date remains TBA.
